George Floyd was killed by this officer in the picture above and thousands of black Americans have taken to the streets to share their dissatisfaction with the recent killings of fellow black Americans. After the cop that killed George was relieved of his duties,people still continued protests calling for justice,the voice of the people where heard and he was arrested and charged with third degree murder.
After he was arrested,protests still intensified because people still thought it was a merciful act for George killer to be charged with third degree murder even though the moment he killed George was on camera. George's killer is in prison but it's been reported that he has been placed on sucidial watch which means he has tried once or twice to end his own life. After investigation,we discover reasons that might have prompt him to think that taking of his own life is the right thing to do 1)His wife filed a divorce after he was arrested The cop's wife filed a divorce after gotten to known the impact of what he did had on the black community,she also didn't want to be associated with him anymore because his name would have been tarnished with the continuous protests going on 2:He might not survive if he is imprisoned Another reason the officer might have thought of suicide is that if he get imprisoned,there are blacks in jails round US and they might have heard about the news,it might turn bad if they got to know he going to serve his jail term in their prison. 3: No one would want to have anything to do with him even if he gets out of prison alive The world already knows about this, Celebrities round the world are responding and calling for justice,he is already famous but in a very bad way,he might never have a life if he survive this situation which might be depressing and most importantly,the black community would always remember his face Do you think you have any other reasons and is suicide next for him?
