HOW TO REACT WHEN YOU RUN INTO AN EX

No matter how things ended, you can't afford to not be civil to an ex. At least, for old times' sake. Love don’t last forever and affection fades out of many relationships at some point no matter how hard the partner fight for their love. Naturally the relationship fades off and the partners drift apart, becoming strangers once again after having exposed their hearts and souls to each other. Ending a relationship does not mean that partners will never again see each other. No matter how far you physically drift apart from someone because things did not work out between you and them, there is still a chance that you will run into each them at some point sooner or later. When that time comes, how will you react towards them?   We ask you our readers this question in an article published here on May 31, 2017, and the responses you have given us are quite interesting. Many of you [21.3%] say you will say hello but from a safe distance. Some [12.0%] say they will outrightly ignore that partner. A few very others [1.3%] say they’ll turn in the opposite direction and run away while some [4.0%] say they will engage their exes in angry exchange of words and trading of insults. Then there are the ones [63.1%] who admirably say they will stay civil with their exes and converse with them if they ever run into them, and frankly, this is the standard everyone needs to aspire to.   Yes, the circumstance of your breakup might be really acrimonious and nasty and all that stuff, but you need to remain dignified nonetheless. Saying hello like a civil person does not make you friends with that ex and really, you don’t even need to be friends with them if you don’t want to. But because they messed up or did you really dirty does not mean you have to lose common decency like them. It’s only a brief greeting, guys. It speaks volumes of your maturity and civility if you can pull this off when you see an ex, especially the one that messed up big time. Stay classy, guys, say hello to that ex when you run into him or her.***prbxselfnetwork***
