The Nigerian Police Force, on Wednesday arraigned a 37-year-old man, Joe Pelle, before an Ikeja Chief Magistrate Court for allegedly raping a teenager during deliverance session. The accused, a resident of 11, Prince Bayo Street, Igbogbo in Ikorodo area of Lagos State was arraigned for charge bordering rape. ***prbxselfnetwork***
