DANGERS OF SOFT DRINKS!!

For many couples, sex has become a taboo word, either because the man regularly fails to get it up, or simply because ‘madam’ no longer feels anything under, however much her spouse tries. Physicians say when a couple loves each other but are unable to articulate their love sexually, the problem may have to do with their dietary habits. Researchers are warning that too much exposure to sugary foods will lead to insulin resistance, which is caused by a diet high in refined carbohydrates, including white flour, sugary drinks such as soft drinks, so-called fruit juices, and alcohol. If things are not put under control and a deliberate healthy eating habit imbibed, experts say insulin resistance is capable of driving down testosterone in both men and women. When the level of testosterone falls lower than normal because of high blood sugar in both sexes, it affects the sex drive. And this is not peculiar to old men or women, as young men and women are just as susceptible to this risk. The way sex drive works in both male and female are somewhat the same. For a man to get and sustain erection, the arteries relax and open up to let more blood flow in. At the same time, the veins close up. Once blood is in the penis, pressure traps it within the corpora cavernosa. The penis expands and holds the erection. When a woman becomes aroused, the blood vessels in her genitals dilate. The external genitalia or vulva (including the clitoris, vaginal opening, and inner and outer labia) become swollen due to the increased blood supply. For both man and woman, when blood sugar is high, both the penis and the clitoris will be unable to sail through this complicated process that allows for good sex. Again, experts warn that sugar saps energy. High-glycaemic carbohydrates increase blood sugar, leading to insulin over-production that also pulls blood sugar back down. The roller coaster of low, then high, then low blood sugar results in fatigue. High sugar consumption also leads to decreased orexin, a neurotransmitter that regulates arousal and wakefulness, which leads to fatigue, which leads to snoring, rather than getting down to ‘business.’ In addition, too much sugar leads to stress. Sugar is the most inflammatory food around, which leads to physical stress in the body and mind. High insulin levels will elevate cortisol, a main stress hormone. Chronic high cortisol leads to muscle break down, fat storage, and squashed libido. The bottom line: If one of your big desires in life is to feel juicy, sexy, and alive, then it’s time to cut down on sugar!***prbxselfnetwork***
