THIS week, the prices of some food items increased and some reduced. 50kg of long grain rice  increased from N16, 000 to N18, 000 while 50kg of short grains increased from N17, 500 to N19, 000. A crate of eggs has also increased from N1000 to N1,100. 12.5kg Cooking Gas is now N4, 500 from N4, 800. Kerosene has also reduced from N1, 600 to N1, 300. Palm oil has reduced from N24, 000 to N16, 000. Hope to see more of these reductions next week.
