Sherri Haughton, the former owner of an 8-year-old pooch, Henry, has been charged for neglect for abandoning the dog. According to reports, Haughton left the dog at an animal shelter when it had developed a massive tumour on its body. Valerie Schomburg, a Newport Beach animal control supervisor said, "Most vets that we’ve asked, and have been involved in his story, have never seen [a tumor] that big."
