ARSENAL EYES MAHREZ,CITY CHASE STONES!!!

Arsenal's summer started off with a bang when the club secured the signing of Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach on a long-term contract, but it's been slow since then and fans have started to grow restless. Arsene Wenger could be ready to speed things up and land two huge signings, according to the Mirror. Riyad Mahrez, the PFA Player of the Season, appears eager to follow N'Golo Kante and make his Leicester City exit, while Lyon hotshot Alexandre Lacazette is also a target. The pair would cost up to £75 million and would signal a real statement ahead of a Premier League season in which a cluster of teams could either win the title or miss out on the top four altogether. Meanwhile, Manchester City are ready to up negotiations for Everton defender John Stones, with a £50m offer expected to land at Goodison Park, according to the Mail. Pep Guardiola sees Stones as a key part of the manager's revolution at the Etihad due to his ball-playing ability.
