ZELENSKY UNVEILS NEW LONG RANGE MISSILE

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced the successful combat deployment of the country's new long-range missile, known as the Long Neptune, which has an operational reach of approximately 621 miles, Dailypost reports. This development marks a significant advancement in Ukraine’s missile capabilities, bringing Moscow within potential striking distance.
Zelenskyy expressed confidence in the progress of Ukraine’s missile program, emphasizing its role in strengthening the country’s defense against Russia’s ongoing aggression.
“The Long Neptune has been tested and successfully used in combat,” he revealed. “This is a new Ukrainian missile, capable of delivering an accurate strike with a range of 1,000 kilometers. It is a remarkable achievement by our developers, manufacturers, and military forces.”.

The announcement has fueled speculation that the Long Neptune may have been responsible for a recent strike on the Tuapse oil
refinery, a key Russian energy facility. Ukrainian Telegram channel Exilenova+ hinted at this possibility, suggesting that Friday’s attack could be linked to the new missile.

The Long Neptune is an enhanced version of the original Neptune missile, which gained international recognition in 2022 when it was used to sink the Moskva, the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet.***PRBXSELFNETWORK***

18 CODES FOR REAL MEN

18 CODES EVERY REAL MAN MUST LIVE BY....
Listen Up, Men! The 20 Unspoken Rules Every Man Must Live By!

Life doesn’t hand you respect. It doesn’t owe you success, either. You earn them.

The world isn’t designed to pamper men—it’s designed to test them. And if
you don’t have a code, you’ll be tossed around like a leaf in a storm, wondering why nothing ever works in your favor.

Today, I’m giving you THE CODE—the 20 unspoken rules that separate men from boys, warriors from weaklings, leaders from losers.

You either learn them and live them, or you become one of the many who drift through life, whining, blaming, and settling for mediocrity. And trust me, you don’t want to be that guy.

So, buckle up. This is gonna sting, but it’s exactly what you need.

1. Always Keep Your Word:
A man’s word is his currency. If your word means nothing, you mean nothing. If you make a promise, keep it. If you can’t, don’t make it in the first place. Simple.

2. Respect Women, but Demand Respect in Return:
You don’t have to be a caveman to be a man. Treat women with dignity, but don’t ever let anyone disrespect you—not a woman, not a man, not your cat. Respect is a two-way street, not a one-way sacrifice.

3. Take Care of Your Appearance:
Nobody wants to listen to a man who looks like he lost a fight with a laundry basket. Dress well. Groom yourself. Smell good. When you look sharp, you feel sharp. And when you feel sharp, you walk through life like a man who owns his world.

4. Be Honest—No Excuses:
If you’re the kind of guy who lies to avoid discomfort, congratulations—you’ve mastered the art of being weak. Speak the truth even when it burns. Real men don’t hide behind deception.

5. Respect Elders, but Think for Yourself:
Listen to older men, but don’t follow advice blindly. Some of them are wise, some are just older versions of foolish young men. Learn to filter wisdom from nonsense.

6. Loyalty Is Non-Negotiable:
If you betray your friends or family, you betray yourself. If you don’t stand by your people, who the hell are you?

7. Be Responsible—Own Your Actions:
Men don’t point fingers—they take full accountability. Your life is a product of your choices. Own them. No whining, no blaming, no "it's society’s fault." Fix it. Move on.

8. Master Self-Sufficiency:
If you’re a grown man who still expects others to
cook, clean, and handle basic survival for you, you're an overgrown child. Learn to take care of yourself like a man.

9. Learn to Forgive, but Don’t Forget:
Forgiveness is for you, not them. It frees your mind, but it doesn’t mean you should be stupid. Once someone shows you their true colors, believe them.

10. Stay Humble, Even in Victory:
If you have to announce that you’re the alpha, you’re not the alpha. Let your success talk for you. Loud men are weak men.

11. Cultivate Patience:
You want wealth, power, influence? You’re not gonna get it overnight. Be relentless, but be patient. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is the empire you’re destined to build.

12. Never Be a Bully:
Strength is for protection, not oppression. If you enjoy making others feel small, you’re not a strong man—you’re just a weak man in disguise.

13. Listen More Than You Speak:
The loudest man in the room is usually the weakest. Shut up and listen. You'll learn more that way.

14. Communicate Clearly and Confidently:
If you stutter, mumble, or beat around the bush, people will walk all over you. Speak with clarity. Speak with power.

15. Walk with Confidence, Not Arrogance:
Confidence is walking into a room knowing you belong. Arrogance is walking in expecting applause. Be the first, not the second.

16. Act with Integrity—Always:
Who are you when no one is watching? That’s the real you. Make sure that man is someone you respect.

17. Discipline Is Your Superpower:
The weak man looks for motivation. The strong man relies on discipline. Discipline is what makes you hit the gym when you don’t feel like it. It’s what makes you push through when others quit. Master it.

18. Show Gratitude Daily:
Be thankful for what you have, or life will make sure you lose it. Gratitude keeps you grounded.

19. Be Open-Minded, but Stand Your Ground:
Wisdom comes from learning, but never let society pressure you into abandoning your values. A man with no principles is a man with no spine.

20. Never Stop Learning:
The moment you stop growing, you start dying. Read, explore, challenge yourself. A man’s mind should be as sharp as his body.

These rules aren’t just words—they’re a code. A standard. A way of life.

Most men drift. They follow the crowd. They avoid responsibility. They seek comfort over challenge, distraction over discipline, weakness over wisdom. That’s why most men fail.

But you?

You’re not like most men.
You’re here because you know there’s more to you. More strength. More power. More discipline. More greatness.

So live by these rules. Walk with purpose. Talk with confidence. Build your legacy.

The world doesn’t need more weak men. It needs strong men—men like you—to lead, build, and inspire. Get up. Go out. Become that man.***PRBXSELFNETWORK***

WHY I GAVE FAKE TESTIMONY AT ZION CHURCH

Loveth Alo Helen, a 34-year-old woman, was arraigned at the Enugu North Magisterial Court on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, on four charges: defamation, conspiracy, felony, and
false pretence. Helen is accused of making a false claim that she had purchased a five-bedroom duplex after receiving prayers from Evangelist Ebuka Obi of the Zion Prayer Ministry.

The charge  comes from Helen’s false representation that she owned a property located at Plot 16 WTC Estate, Enugu, which is actually owned by Arch. Emmanuel Asogwa. Helen reportedly
presented herself as the owner of the house with intent to defraud.

In court, Helen pleaded not guilty to all charges. Magistrate S.O. Chukwuani granted her bail set at one million naira, with the condition that she provide a surety who has a tax clearance for at least three years. The matter was adjourned to April 9, 2025, for further hearing.

Helen’s defence counsel, Charles Nwodo, moved the motion for bail, which was not opposed by the police prosecutor. After her arraignment, Helen spoke with newsmen, explaining that she made the false testimony out of faith, believing that the house would eventually be hers. She denied any prior arrangement with others or that she had received money from anyone for the claim.

"I did the testimony claiming that I will get it. Nobody arranged anything with me, and I did not collect anything from anybody," Helen explained. She mentioned that she had visited the property for inspection and was in the process of acquiring it when she made the statement

NEW STATES PROPOSED IN NIGERIA

The push for state creation in Nigeria has come as the House of Representatives Committee on the Review of the 1999 Constitution has received 31 proposals for new states across the country’s six geopolitical zones. This announcement was made during a plenary session on Thursday, where Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu read a letter outlining the criteria that must be met before any new state can be approved.
For years, various ethnic and regional groups
have agitated for new states, arguing that the existing state structure does not adequately address their developmental needs. The recent proposals reignite debates about governance, resource allocation, and political representation in Nigeria.

The 31 proposed states span across the country’s six geopolitical zones, with multiple states being considered in each region:

North Central: Okun, Okura, and Confluence (Kogi); Benue Ala and Apa (Benue); FCT State

North East: Amana (Adamawa); Katagum (Bauchi); Savannah (Borno); Muri (Taraba)

North West: New Kaduna and Gurara (Kaduna); Tiga and Ari (Kano); Kainji (Kebbi)

South East: Etiti and Orashi (a proposed 6th state in the South East); Adada (Enugu); Orlu and Aba

South South: Ogoja (Cross River); Warri (Delta); Ori and Obolo (Rivers)

South West: Torumbe (Ondo); Ibadan (Oyo); Lagoon (Lagos); Ijebu and Ogun (Ogun); Oke-Ogun/Ijesha (Oyo/Ogun/Osun)

The demand for new states is not new in Nigeria. Many advocates believe that creating more states will enhance governance, ensure better representation, and bring development closer to the grassroots. Some ethnic groups argue that they have been historically marginalized and need their own states to achieve political and economic empowerment.

For instance, proponents of Orlu State in the South East argue that their region has fewer states than other geopolitical zones, limiting their political influence. Similarly, advocates for Ibadan State believe that Oyo State is too large and that the city of Ibadan deserves a distinct political identity.

While the demand for new states continues to grow, the process of state creation in Nigeria is highly
complex and difficult. According to the 1999 Constitution, a new state can only be created if it meets stringent requirements, including:

Support from two-thirds of the local government areas in the affected state(s)

Approval by the National Assembly and the President

A nationwide referendum supported by a majority of voters

In the past, similar proposals have failed due to political interests, lack of consensus, and economic concerns. Critics argue that Nigeria’s economy cannot sustain more states, as many existing states already struggle to generate revenue and depend heavily on federal allocations.

Now that the proposals have been submitted, the House Committee on Constitutional Review will examine them and determine if they meet the constitutional requirements. The process could take months or even years, and there is no guarantee that any of the proposed states will be created.

However, the announcement has sparked fresh debates about Nigeria’s state structure and whether more states will truly bring the desired development or create additional political and economic challenges.

What do you think about the creation of new states? Would it solve Nigeria’s governance problems or create more? Share your thoughts!***PRBXSELFNETWORK***

DONALD TRUMP ORDERS FIRST AIRSTRIKE IN AFRICA

Twelve days into his second term, President Donald Trump ordered a decisive military operation against ISIS-Somalia, in what officials said
was a demonstration of his resolve to eliminate terrorist threats.

The US Africa Command (AFRICOM), under the direction of newly sworn-in Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, carried out a precision airstrike in Somalia’s Golis Mountains, reportedly killing multiple ISIS operatives.

Notably, the strike, which was coordinated with the federal government of Somalia, was executed with
impressive speed, with initial reports confirming no civilian casualties.

At the heart of the swift action is President Trump’s focus on the growing threat posed by ISIS, especially its African affiliates. In a statement, Mr Hegseth remarked, “At President Trump’s direction and in coordination with the Federal Government of Somalia, we authorised U.S. Africa Command to conduct coordinated airstrikes today targeting ISIS-Somalia operatives in the Golis Mountains.”

This messaging indicates Mr Trump’s commitment
to fighting terrorism and his readiness to take

swift action in the face of global threats.

The airstrike was authorised barely a week after Mr Hegseth was sworn in as the 29th Secretary of Defense, marking one of his first significant decisions regarding US military action in Africa.

Mr Hegseth’s rapid involvement signals a no-nonsense approach to counterterrorism operations. For comparison, AFRICOM had previously executed strikes during other administrations, but the speed and directness with which Mr Hegseth and President Trump responded to this ISIS threat set a new tone. The Pentagon’s immediate update on the strike’s results underscores the current administration’s approach.

The Pentagon’s initial release about the operation confirmed the airstrike’s success while AFRICOM reaffirmed its commitment to minimising civilian harm, stating, “U.S. Africa Command takes great measures to prevent civilian harm. Protecting civilians remains a vital part of the command’s operations to promote a more secure and stable Africa.”

This is important, as it demonstrates that while military action is central to US policy in the region, there is still a pronounced effort to avoid civilian casualties***PRBXSELFNETWORK***

DANGERS OF SLEEPING NEXT TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE

5 dangers of sleeping next to your mobile phone are;;

Mobile phones can be dangerous and cause serious health issues.
Sleeping next to your mobile phone can affect you mentally and physically. Before going to bed, you should keep your phone away and avoid anything that could trigger negative emotions.

Here are the dangers of sleeping next to the phone:

1. Phone radiation can be harmful
Signal transmission from all phones is made possible through radiation. Keeping your phone next to you before falling asleep or during sleep for a long time can cause muscular pains, headaches, and other health issues such as rashes, cell damage, and tumors. You realize that when you use your phone for a long time, it gets hot, and using it to make a call at that particular time can also affect your body tissue.

2. Affect your sleep cycle

Using your phone close to bedtime won’t make you relaxed because all you’ve watched until that moment will still be fresh in your mind. Also, if you place your mobile phone beside you, you can be tempted to keep checking it. All these aforementioned actions won’t make you sleep on time as you should. Definitely, your sleep cycle will change; it will become imbalanced.

3. Affect your emotions
You don’t need negative thoughts or feelings before sleeping. That’s why you have to keep away your mobile phone when it is time to sleep. But if you engage in terrible content or something like an attack on your personality, you will become anxious, upset, and stressed. Viewing negativity would definitely mar your mood and
lead to unsound sleep.

4. It can burn you
Sleeping beside your plugged phone can cause harm. Too much heat and high voltage can cause phone explosions that could lead to physical damage or burns. If you like placing your mobile phone under the pillow, stop because it can hurt you.

5. Damage the brain
Too much radiation exposure can affect your blood-brain barrier or even cause albumin leakage in the brain. The wireless airwaves from the phone can increase the blood glucose of the brain..***prbxselfnetwork***
